China Communications Construction Group (CCCG) through its subsidiary PT China Harbor Jakarta Real Estate Development officially started the construction of Daan Mogot City or Damoci in West Jakarta. The first phase of investment fund of Rp 4 trillion is prioritized for the construction of eight towers on 4 hectares of land.

Marketing Director of PT China Harbor Jakarta, Zhao Ran, said it promised a settlement within the next three years, with a warranty of purchasing a unit back by the company if it proves to be in the target.

“With the start of the current development we will make sure handover can begin in late 2020,” Zhao Ran said on Sunday, August 13, 2017.

The company has appointed Colliers International Indonesia as building manager, Green Tower as landscape master, and East China Architecture Design Institute as a designer of building design.

General Manager of Executive Communications Construction Group (CCCG) Sun Guang Yu said Indonesia is a country with potential for the housing industry. The company survey stated that only 8% of Jakarta residents have shelter Apartments.

“Therefore, the property business still has  opportunities in Indonesia, especially Jakarta there  still is good prospects in the future”, said Guang Yu.

He said for the entire project of prime property in Indonesia the company will invest US $ 1 billion with the concept of integrated area.

The integrated region resulted from the design of local Indonesian designers will combine elements of world-class Chinese and Indonesian culture.
